Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and processing inbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license (for forklift operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
