Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and equipment.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, inspected, and loaded onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as required.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
