Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Verify: Select products from shelves, verify order details, and pack them securely for shipment to customers.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners) to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock shelves or pallets as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and report any hazards immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets Amazon's high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
