Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and retrieve inventory in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure and accident-free workspace.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure order accuracy and meet productivity targets.
- Work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, as required by the role.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld devices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
