Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy to meet delivery commitments.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move inventory safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and quality control.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily and monthly operational goals.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet customer standards.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (heated and cooled areas).
- Willingness to cross-train on different tasks and work in various departments.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
