Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and scan incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner while maintaining product integrity.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and uniform requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (warehouse environment).
- Willingness to cross-train on different tasks within the fulfillment center.
