Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Sort, pack, and seal boxes for domestic and international shipment.
- Perform daily safety inspections of workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and conveyor systems (if certified).
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods; lifting up to 49 lbs is required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning technologies quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
