Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization to optimize warehouse flow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team setting, communicating clearly to meet daily targets and goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
- Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Basic English: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
