Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and conveyances using powered material handling equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Inspect equipment and materials for damage or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to cross-train in various roles within the warehouse.
