Responsibilities

- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock rotation systems

- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to the Shellmound St facility
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
