Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Sort, pack, and seal orders for shipment using automated equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance of the workspace.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Fluency in English is required.
