Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if working in a shipping dock area.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
