Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certificationMaintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for remote scheduling
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
