Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Adhere to Amazon's safety standards and contribute to a hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Participate in remote-friendly training sessions and digital onboarding processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for digital tools and remote training platforms
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation training
- Flexibility with scheduling including nights/weekends during peak periods
