Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and audits
- Optimize workflow efficiency in fast-paced sorting and staging areas
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
