Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Meet productivity standards while maintaining quality and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to work site
