Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders in a fast-paced fulfillment center
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
