Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory in climate-controlled environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to strict quality control procedures and accuracy standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid state-issued ID and work authorization
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
