Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain inventory control and cycle counting protocols
- Collaborate in teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
- Process returns and damaged goods efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
