Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan products for shipment using handheld scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to all safety guidelines including PPE usage and ergonomic practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Support warehouse cleanliness and 5S compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID for background verification
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
