Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label packages for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain accurate records.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various environments (temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled areas).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and scanners.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Willingness to undergo a physical assessment.
