The Role:
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be the heartbeat of our fulfillment center. You will play a critical role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately to our customers. We value safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select items from shelves and prepare them for shipment using various equipment like handheld scanners and forklifts.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate powered material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts and turrets, to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, safety signage, and operational procedures.
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
