Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as required
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state ID or driver's license for facility access
