Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Select and pack products accurately to ensure orders are shipped to customers in perfect condition.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered handheld devices and material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and efficiency in every task you perform.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills to understand safety protocols and work orders.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
