Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap focused on the technological and cultural shifts anticipated by 2026.
- Trend Forecasting: Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Workforce Architecture: Design the organizational structure and talent acquisition strategies required to support our 2026 goals, including remote-first and hybrid models.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and board members to align long-term vision with short-term operational execution.
- Scenario Planning: Build and stress-test various future scenarios (economic, technological, regulatory) to ensure organizational resilience.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal initiatives to prototype and test concepts that will define our market position in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, or futurism, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level role.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Futurism, or a related field.
- Technological Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models by 2026.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Communication: Proven track record of communicating complex visionary concepts to diverse audiences and driving buy-in.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead change management initiatives.
