Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap for Nexus Core, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision of seamless AI integration.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance neural network architectures capable of processing complex, real-time data streams.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating emerging technologies like Transformer models and generative adversarial networks to drive product innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation in all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
