Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, quantum-ready software architectures capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Lead Innovation R&D: Spearhead research into generative AI, neural networks, and decentralized computing to integrate into our core platform.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols for autonomous systems and ensure adherence to global data privacy standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts, Edge Computing, and Blockchain technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
