Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly milestones.
- Lead the architectural design for Autonomous AI Agents and next-gen machine learning integration.
- Oversee the transition to Quantum-Ready Enterprise Architecture and data security protocols.
- Identify and incubate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Synthetic Biology) with high market potential.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to secure patents for future tech.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in senior technology leadership or C-level executive roles.
