Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 5-year strategic vision for the organization, specifically focusing on the 2026 landscape.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to pilot and scale emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships and acquisitions that align with the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the ethical implementation of AI systems, ensuring compliance with global regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure the workforce is prepared for the skills required in 2026.
- Analyze market trends to anticipate disruptions and pivot business strategies proactively.
- Present high-level strategy to the Board of Directors and C-Suite stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive leadership, strategy consulting, or C-suite roles within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products or services.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their application in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in organizational design and change management methodologies.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
