Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term IT strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core operational workflows.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all engineering and product teams.
- Manage complex vendor relationships and technology partnerships to drive competitive advantage.
- Ensure full-stack security compliance and data governance across all global operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or VP capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale software solutions in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, machine learning pipelines, and deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud-native technologies, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes and cybersecurity frameworks.
