Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a long-term technical strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates market trends for the year 2026.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI models and automation tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Engineering Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO/VP of Engineering).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps for the future (e.g., 2026 vision).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to delivery.
