Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals and the 2026 timeline.
- Architectural Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting exponential growth.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Talent Management: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product leaders to integrate technical feasibility with business strategy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for investors, board members, and employees.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical strategies that drive business growth.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern software development practices.
- Innovation Focus: Strong interest and knowledge in futuristic technologies and the ability to anticipate industry shifts.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
