Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products in the cold storage facility safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of forklifts and heavy machinery.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 40°F.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing or cold storage is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license (Class B) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
