Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize frozen/dry goods in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and inventory management systems with OSHA compliance
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels using digital monitoring tools
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory logs
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory coordination
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and safety standards in cold storage operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and digital reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records remotely
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
