Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanning technology
- Enforce strict food safety protocols including HACCP compliance
- Operate cold storage equipment (palletizers, conveyors) with precision
- Monitor environmental conditions and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Maintain detailed shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to 50°F) for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
