Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and document temperature-controlled inventory in real-time
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct daily quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain organized storage of frozen/dry goods in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Complete digital inventory logs and shipping documentation
- Adhere to HACCP and GMP safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
