Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature (-10°F) in refrigerated storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging upon receipt
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for tracking
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Team player with reliable attendance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
