Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 32°F)
- Inspect and organize refrigerated inventory using WMS systems
- Maintain strict food safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (data entry experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts/nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
