Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in frozen storage areas
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions
- Perform inventory counts using barcode scanners
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols
- Pack and label products for shipment
- Complete daily sanitation logs and equipment checks
- Assist with loading/unloading refrigerated trucks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in -10°F environments
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Team player with clear communication skills
