Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal refrigeration temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in assigned zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Operate and sanitize refrigeration equipment and monitoring systems
- Document temperature logs and maintenance activities in digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and precision in temperature monitoring
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred for facility access)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
