Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products safely
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage facilities
- Inspect and document product quality/temperature compliance
- Collaborate with logistics team for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Participate in quarterly deep-cleaning of storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- 1+ year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
