Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks with precision
- Sanitize equipment and work areas following food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
