Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move frozen products in -10°F environment
- Monitor and record temperature/humidity levels using digital sensors
- Pick, pack, and ship refrigerated/frozen orders with zero tolerance for temperature deviations
- Conduct daily inventory counts using warehouse management system (WMS)
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following FIFO principles
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for real-time inventory updates
Qualifications
- 1+ year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift/Pallet Jack certification required
- Ability to work in -10°F environment for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
