Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse management systems with precision
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FDA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workspaces
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift certification preferred (will train if unqualified)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in sub-zero conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
