Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated storage areas
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with RF scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS)
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Document inventory movements in WMS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F refrigerated environments
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
