Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and inventory frozen/dry goods in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Sanitize work areas and equipment per FDA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Participate in monthly safety training and drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for 4+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through paid training)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Stable work history with reliable attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid state ID or driver's license
