Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities daily using industrial equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Adhere to HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
