Responsibilities
- Handle and organize refrigerated products in a 32°F-40°F environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after training
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (32°F-40°F)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
