We're seeking dedicated Cold Storage Warehouse Associates to maintain our -10°F refrigerated operations. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient loading/unloading of frozen goods
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control checks on perishable products
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activity reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
