Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Inspect and pack refrigerated/frozen products according to FDA standards
- Adhere to HACCP protocols for food safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
